The terms that govern use of Solara eTickets and purchases made through the platform.
Using Solara eTickets
You must provide accurate purchase information, protect ticket-access links, and use tickets only for their intended event. Event-specific terms shown before purchase also apply.
Orders and admission
An order is confirmed only after an authorized payment result. A ticket remains subject to validation, cancellation, refund, transfer, and event admission rules. Copying a QR credential does not create another valid admission.
Events and organizers
Organizers provide event content and operate their events. Solara provides the marketplace and ticketing framework. Material event changes and remedies depend on the applicable event policy and Jordanian law.
