Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy
A clear starting point for event refunds, exchanges, transfers, and cancellations.
Before purchasing
Review the event date, venue, ticket type, organizer terms, and event-specific refund policy displayed during purchase. Eligibility can vary by event and applicable law.
Refund requests
A request is not a completed refund. Authorized platform staff review eligibility and, where approved, record the provider result, financial ledger entries, ticket status, and audit history.
Cancelled or changed events
Solara or the organizer will communicate available remedies when an event is cancelled or materially changed. Do not assume an automatic bank refund until the payment provider confirms it.
Transfers and admission
Transferred, refunded, cancelled, revoked, or already-used tickets may have restricted remedies. A transferred ticket will not be silently invalidated through an unguided refund workflow.
