How Solara handles information needed to sell, deliver, recover, and validate event tickets.
Information we use
For guest checkout we require a name and email address. We also process order, payment status, ticket, transfer, admission, device-security, attribution, and audit information needed to operate the service.
Why we use it
We use this information to complete purchases, securely deliver and recover tickets, prevent fraud, operate event admission, provide support, account for funds, and meet legal obligations.
Transactional and marketing messages
Ticket and order messages are transactional. Marketing is optional and recorded separately; declining marketing does not block a purchase.
Retention and rights
Accounting, security, and audit records may require different retention treatment. Final retention periods and request procedures remain subject to approved legal and business policy. Contact Solara to make a privacy request.
